Projektbeskrivelse
Lean Construction has become intrinsically linked to the Last Planner System both in literature and in the Danish construction industry. Lean Construction offers a clear-cut solution to achieving efficiency and high customer value in a complex environment. However, when we investigate praxis, some parts of the LPS, such as the Look Ahead plan, are removed, whereas other parts are added such as a 1-hour maximum duration time for weekly meetings. Such removals and additions are possible as they are seldomly conflicting with a Lean logic. When they reflect trade-offs between different Lean aspirations, Lean is no longer clear-cut. The project deals with lean management issues fostered by Lean, but not dealt with by Lean.
